I have not been to the Novi or the Rochester cruises but I have gone to Pampa lanes two years ago. It was O.K not super huge.

    CRUISE NIGHTS

    Pampa Lanes Cruise Night - Every Tuesday - May - Aug Van Dyke - Between 13 & 14 Mile Roads - (586) 264-8877
    Motor Head's Monday Cruise - Tuesdays - May 1 until Fall 5:30p - dusk - Rochester Lions Club - Adams Rd. & Walton - Rochester Hills, MI - Dennis: (248) 651-4155 , Web: rochesterlionsclub.org
    Novi Main Street Cruise - Wednesdays - Apr 18 - Oct 10 - Motor State Street Rods - Main & Market Streets (near Novi & Grand River Rds.) - 5p - dusk , Harvey: (248) 476-7487 - John: (248) 474-5750 , Email: cruising@motorstatestreetrods.org

Henry Ford Muesuem is nice. Not sure what hours of the day you are considering. They have factory tours - (I have not done that)

  4. Not in Troy. Although they did get a Hooter's recently! Haw!
See if you can find a Metro Times or a Real Detroit and look through there. Too bad you're not in town Thursday, Wayne Hancock is playing the Painted Lady.

Tuesday is a large one at the southeast corner of I-96 (Schoolcraft Rd) and Inkster Rd at a VFW hall. BBQ stuff and beer for sale. About a half dozen HAMB folks usually in attendance.

On Wed I head to New5 Auto Parts on the northwest corner of 5 mile Rd and Newburgh Rd in Livonia, in a small strip mall behind the gas station. Much smaller and cozier atmosphere. Kinda like hanging out with your buddies at another buddies shop. Free BBQ, beer and pop. Usually no other HAMB folks but me there.;)

From there I usually head to one at another VFW hall on Joy Rd between Middlebelt and Inkster also in Livonia. Usually a few HAMB folks hanging out there. Food and beer for sale.

Al of the places I've mentioned are really, really cool about walking around with an open beer which is not always the case at cruise nites around here.

What week are you coming in? I'll try to get a bunch of GMB's together at whatever stop you want.
