Went to Blacksmith nats here in sweden and saw the nicest hood in a long time. Cool or what !!! More pics from the meeting here: http://www.brandow.eu//album/blacksmithnats2007/index.html
So it collects water and sends it right into the distributor? It looks kick *** and is just about the most creative hood I have ever seen... but... is there some kind of gutter channel for water?
thats awsome..would never have visioned a hood like that..and ive had my share of night mares..thats so wicked..i want one on my car now..screw the rain..go faster..
I think some of those orca betties, or fatty page's that were being complained about last week must have sat on his perfectly good hood when he wasn't around!
Kinda reminds me of the guts of those aftermarket Harley air cleaners that funnel the air into the carb. Is there some sort of science to the shape of it, or is it just for looks?
No worries Scooter. I still think it's completely *****in. I would just wonder how that steady stream of water flow aimed at the distributor (beyond just getting wet) affects the driveability in less than ideal weather.
I totally understand. It is cool looking. I dig the air cleaner bullets. One would only hope that the owner will keep it out of the weather if he/she can help it.
Man you guys got Balls! I cant say I like it or Dislike it **** it ...it aint my car so i dont have an aswer Dave
Very creative. I'd file that under "glad someone else did it, but not for my car". I've never understood the mindset that it takes your name on the ***le to be able to criticize a car.
I agree. I tell em when I likes em and I tell em when I don't. Still think it looks like he forgot to take off the hood before dropping the motor in. Craig
