I was in the Princeton area a lot when they made the movie. If memory serves your shop may be in Pennington. Are you there during the day or just evenings. Wiuld love to check it out someday this summer. Bill

    NIce shop.
I'm a (small) remodeling contractor and the thing I can't get used to when I see pics of HAMBER's shops is theres never any sawdust...I forget what it's like to have a shop or garage without sawdust.

Beautiful place! Small world!! The KUSTOM Tx plate was mine. I left it at a little hot rod store I used to work at (had kind of a fallin out with em) and forgot all about it. Glad to see it landed in good hands!

That's an awesome shop you've got there Jim, it reminds me of the Texaco station I used to hang at when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing the pics. The Caddy is looking good!!

"IQ" is an underrated movie - hell it's worth watching just for the cars that sit in and around that shop of yours. I'll have to try and get out to see you this summer - we'll be out at the shore like all good tourists at the end of August. If you have a HAMB gathering, let me know and I'll try to motor down.

    Sweet shop by the way.

    Later,
    Jay

    Hudsoncustom -
    Thanks.
Jim has been teaching me how to do some work on the car, bondo, sanding, etc. I have been reading some car books too to get ideas. There is sooo much to learn - but I really like it and while I can't wait to get started on the Hudson , the Caddy comes first. Jim is doing an amazing job. He is really putting his heart and soul into this car.
I have to work with him on the car or I never see him.
