may I suggest a burgandy or maroon? It would go good with the gold, and its a classy type of color. Might give it a vintage Duesenburg feel, I dont know why I just saw the steering wheel and that was the first color I thought of.

Man, this is such a great, sanitary build. Love all the attantion to detail with the plating.

As far as color, I agree that a burgundy/maroon would work with the gold. I also could see a blue...

Not a darker blue...The color just got mixed wrong...They tried to add blue and black toner and it cameout purple in the sun....Yes it does look dark blue there but in sunlight its a dark purple....Not at all what I wanted!! So well try again....

cool car, love the front end so far. I even like the dark purple color! back end really isn't my taste though. spring on top seems kinda pointless, especially after you had to bend the spring like that. running a banjo rear behind a caddy with a five speed also seems a bit odd. and I'd like to see what you end up doing with that drag link to get the ackerman better! My gypsy fortune teller has forseen bump steer in your future!

attention to detail is killer! use of chrome and polishing is just perfect in all areas

Well, it's not Mexican wrestling mask blue, but it will do.

Gonna look real nice when you're done, the hubcaps are gonna give it a 'stately' look. Can't wait to see the body on the frame, lots of good details in this build.
