mercruiser marine valve cover

    bought myself a cast valve cover for my 250, it came off a 165 hp mercruiser marine engine and fits from 194 to a 292, i guess those engines also have cast lifter covers as well and the guy i bought mine from thinks he has some of those as well, now comes the hard part of striping the paint off and polishing. check it out, not bad for $60, clean and no scratches or cracks.

    i ment to ask if anyone has pic's of there cover polished and painted or? on there engines.

    I like the it looks now. I love to see boat or plane parts on a rod or custom. I have plans to use my weiand marine exhaust manifolds on my nailhead for a future project.
