Jerry Kimball

As anyone ever heard of Jerry Kimball??? I bought an old tbucket shell thats whats painted on the side of it. I hate to paint over it if there is a history behind him or the car. I bought the body from a guy in St Cloud, MN. A few years back their was a reference made about a speedster of his in Rod and Custom.

Any help would be appreciated.
