I remember that one. I built the model right after seeing that one. The one with the Blockheads racing Gumby is pretty cool too. Thought Gumby was gonna get a gummer from Granny!LOL!!!
i spose her ol car is waiting in a barn somewhere gathering patina and .....(wait for it) clay dust i have retro fitted the lindberg slicks and wheels onto barbies blue 57 chev they work great... in its in primer now
Gumby can't compare to The Great Space Coaster!!! Ha Ha! I have a tape of that show where Goriddle has this hopped up Big Wheel that blows black smoke and makes loud engine noises! He calls it his "hot rod" and when it pisses off everyone else on the show he makes cool observations such as "Life sure is lonely when you're a hot rodder"!!! Ha Ha...guess he didn't know about the HAMB, eh?! Oh yeah...Fran was hot!!!
STOP! my fucking sides are splitting. i gotta have one of those "scumby" t-shirts anyone know where to get one, size 60 extra fat? nightmares what a bunch of pussies, "the twilight zone" or "tale's from the crypt" was the one's that messed with my head. brrrr! did anyone just feel that?
I vaguely remember parts of that one. Gumby's cool. So is Davey and Goliath. "Idahno Daaaaveyy, the manual says to disconnect the battery ground cable before you ..." http://youtube.com/watch?v=YoWdqR_CIoE Thanks, Kurt
You guys need to do yourselves a favor, go out and find the movie 'Meet the feebles' a rip off of the Muppet's, speaking of them I was scared of the two grumpy men in the balcony, and that creepy blue Eagle.
that was pretty interesting, gives a good perspective on the size of the clay figures. Notice how other cars and trucks were different sizes? Also, that the other drag cars were crude copies of the main one? It looked like a stone stock build of the 1st issue lindy kit, it wasn't even painted!
Back in the late 70s I airbrushed a shirt with gumby behind pokey with the word --Everybody needs a littel pokey now and then--- but nobody got it.........
Who knew Gumby was a HAMBer! And Dude, they had the Groobee on that site. Ah, memories. Freaky, twisted, nightmarish memories.
I watched a lot of Gumby when i was a kid. don't remember that one' who remembers Eddy Murphy playing Gumby on Satrurday night live? I'M GUMBY DAMMIT!
