I'm looking for a quart for soem touch up work for my roadster, letme know if anybody has a good source for the old stuff, thanks.
I recently needed a pint of laquer for a 56 Chevy, only one supplier in the Louisville, Kentucky area still deals in laquer. Cost me $46 for the pint. Suggest you start call suppliers in your area. Good Luck. Pretty soon I don't think you'll be able to get it at all thanks to the tree huggers.
hey joe I know where you can get what you need, just ask me, but I think your going to need more than a little paint to fix the roadster, hehe, sorry joe
just in the middle of painting my 32 5 window in blk laq got mine from tcp global $100.00 for 1 gal paint and 1gal thinner.. they will mix any color
Believe it or not, I saw that Auto Zone now sells Lacquer in quarts buy Duplicolor for $30/quart. My local Farm and Fleet sells it too for $17/quart. They only have the basic colors and clear, but still, Lacquer...on the shelf...readily avalible
i just bought some laquer from oreilly auto parts..its by dupli color, its 21.00 a quart and premixed, ready to spray out of the can..no reducers etc.. needed, sprayed fairly nice to.
Shoot thats the firewall color I forgot I thinks it's code B Now i'm going to have to dig up an old can on the shelf and see if I can still read it.
