Hey all, been wondering whet 3x2 intake to run and have seen the *****in 3x2 intakes on leakeheaders.com, no I don't know them or anything like that, but was wondering if they work as good as they look? Wondering if anyone has used them with any degree of difficulty with driveabilty?

Just curious if I can scam my banker ( wife ) into a setup like that. :D

I didn't know they had intakes, do you have a ink? Also try Offy, they should have a HEMI intake.

I've never used one of Matt's intakes, but from one fabricator to another, his work is top notch, and he's a great guy... www.lakeheaders.com

    Hello Slick,
I used the 3x2 set up for a 270 and the only issue I had was the linkage had to be moved over and the oil presure overflow needed to be changed to a low profile. The rest was bolt up.

Hello..Matt makes a 4x2 log intake for your 270, he may have made a 3x2 log..I have several log intakes for Matt and very pleased..The last one I got was a 4x2 inline for a 392..I had to do the welding..No other like it..
Hemi Hot Heads has a 241/270 3x2 intake for $350..
    Duane..
ps..I have a 4x2 log intake for your 270 and can add four 97s with linkage.
    Duane.

I have done a number of multi carb systems for Matt with his intakes and I have looked them over pretty close and they sure as hell are 1000% better than those damned ole' Crower U-Fabs that are floating around with bubblegum welds. He will make you pretty much anything you want in the way of a log intake. Matt has a kool website you casn see these intakes we have all been talking about. Give him a shot....you'll be glad you did.

Hello.. Here is a picture of a 4x2 log intake from Matt..I had him put two cross-overs, equalizers for me..better air/ fuel management..It has four Stromberg 81s and it's sitting on a 241 Dodge Red Ram Hemi..This intake will fit all the older Dodge Hemis due to the cross-overs..either low deck, 241...270 or the high decks..
Go to his web site and click on Customer Cars..I have several pictures of intakes that I built..
