Denise, I have to agree with Al; the BEST ever!!! Sweetie, you are looking "HOT" all dressed up.

PS-Al and I will be looking forward to seeing you on the salt this year. Getting things ready now for the trip. See you there...

Thanks for all of the awesome photos. Looks like a top notch event.

Did they lady who backed her '32 into something (while we were in Cali) get her car back together for the show?

The Heritage Center looks like somewhere I need to visit for sure. It has been on my "list" for awhile and you confirmed the notion!

You are very lucky to have had such a wonderful weekend with your dad. You will treasure those memories forever.

Nope, unfortunantly not BUT she has an open invitation for next year from what I have been told.......perhaps they will put her and I in the same class next year. In fact, thinking about that, I think they need a women of hot rodding class next year. You interested in showing???;)

Thanks folks for all the nice compliments. I'm glad you enjoy the virtual tour.

-Great Pics! I especially like the sh*t-eatin' grin on Kevin's face! That's priceless! I spent today digging a drainage ditch with my Dad, and I actually enjoyed it. It's not so much _what_ you do with your Dad, but just the fact that you're doing it... You're a lucky gal. Thanks for sharing. :)

    Denise,
Although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet, we must have been very close to doing so. I was there for most of the day with my "pops" as well as we do every year. As a matter of fact, I have many of the same photos you do.

Did you hear the story behind the '37 Bugatti?

o/t what's up with the "Compton" garage sale going on near your place? (I drive by there on my way to/from work at TRW on Plymouth Road)

Hey Denise, As always thanks for opening a window for many of us to see the things and people we miss in our life.

I am glad that you were able to enjoy a day with your father and share in his happiness.

On a sad note I was looking forward to meeting you at L'ville this year. You have provided me with so many hours of pleasure with your event coverage. Many of my new events are a direct result of your coverage. In addition I have went back to some older threads of yours covering events that I was in attendance. You always capture things I fail to see. As a result I now take more time to walk the entire event grounds at each event now.

Lastly thanks for the first, and I think the only, greeting to my intro.
