McCreary was (maybe still is) big in the circle track area. Don't see those wheels too much any more.

 

These guys called..............they said if you return the wheels undamaged they will forget about the Ned Beatty treatment they were planning to give you.

Those wheels would RULE on a 'certain' Vega....hahaaa

As for the McCreary's.....there are a few different styles and compounds....those look like circle track tires.... I ran Street Stars when I used to street race, the dirt track compound.....stuck like GLUE!

My niece ran mid 12's with a Chevy ll with McCreary 26" dia. by 8" wide dirt tires. Gonna try them on my 406sbc powered Crosley in a few weeks, when it will be done.

 

I wish I could say my 30 tudor would be done in a few weeks..
