I don't think I've ever seen that car, either.

I can't believe it's an old build -- it looks so fresh and clean. It's nearly perfect.

How did Aaron find this car if none of the SE PA guys knew about it? Unfair! :)

Very nice ride, I would like to see more of it. It sure was for sale here. I stared at it for quite a while and contemplated...then I saw the price and reality hit me right between the eyes.

I don't know a whole lot about the history, but Bob S. said he had the car for close to 20 years (which matches the date on the ***le) and that the guy he bought it from had it for about 20 years before that. Not sure exactly what was done when, and am not really concerned about the historical value, since I'm not a "collector" type anyway. I was just looking for a nice stock body and waited until I found a good one. The car is going to remain pretty much as is until I'm done with my current project. After that, I may clean it up some and even paint it, but I am not going to chop it or channel it, and it is not going to be a street rod. I'll try to post some photos over the weekend.

Just curious, did he have the fenders and running boards or was the car like this when he got it?

It came with fenders when he got it but they are long gone. The car was apart when he bought it twenty years ago.But he took his time and did everything the way it was.
