49-54 chevy or gmc 1/2 ton PICS???????

I just bought a 1954 chevy 3100 5 window. I want to get it low but i do not want to put a subframe in the front. Anyone drop thier straight axle, or get lowering leaf springs, or both? I wanna see pics....................
