27 tub update (its done)

  1. well after a mad thrash between my dad some of the bottom feeders and I we got the car done
    its a runner and a driver
    thanks to spooner for the interior work
    and Ben for shooting the black, along with Brett for laying some stripes on it
    26 days but it turned out pretty good
    here are a few pics from about a week ago (i was still finishing up some wiring stuff)
    now off to Iola
    come check it out e16-18

    Tha looks good. I think it should be the HAMB Hauler at IOLA this weekend. You can haul us around. LOL

    awesome job, love the kept fenders/running boards! it gets old going to cruises/shows and seeing a bucket on framerails with engine and tires. those headers with the running boards/fenders are sweet
     
  8. the funny thing about the fenders is that they are model A
    fronts are 28/29 and the rears are 31 sedan
    i was going to run a full set of 28/29's but the rears didnt have the right diameter to clear the tires(33in tall)
    and i have no problem hauling around some hambheads

    i have to add a leaf or two so that ass end stays up a bit but it ran great

    C'mon, señor! Could we see some pics of the tub OFF the stands and sitting on tierra firma? I think I love it!!
     
  16. I agree - The A fenders make a huge difference in the Touring body. I think I want to do that to mine.
