Needed Help, but it's been handled (in less than 5min)

So, I know this is a way looooong shot, but here goes. I bought, well I paid for a hood & 2 front fenders for my 55 Buick from a guy in Wichita, Kansas. I paypal'd him and talked on the phone with him, but haven't been able to get a hold of him for about 6 months now, except 1 time through Ebay when he was selling some stuff about 3 months ago. Here's what I have on him:

That's all I got, hopefully someone here knows him, I know he's in the car scene as he just sold some stuff on Ebay a few months ago (Ford 94's, 3x2 Olds intake) & just bought a chopped 32 Grile shell and some other items. He said he had a shop (thats the excuse he always gave was his shop was busy/full & he just couldn't find the time) The parts are two front fenders and a hood for a 1955 Buick Super/Roadmaster that he parted out. This ***hole stole $365 dollars of mine & I want his *** BAD, cuz I want my money back, or my parts. The Transaction took place 1 year ago tomorrow (July 12, 2006) Please, please, PM ME!!!!!!!!!!!! if you have anyhthing.
