and I've got my "all about me" Big Olds purse with striping on it and Marcie Cochran has her hot rod purse and can't forget about the dirtiest little midget, she's got a cool hot rod purse and so does McKinley.......I know Ryan is rolling his eyes at the mere thought of a hot rod purse thread on the HAMB. :D

You can buy whatever hot rod parts you want with the $100 cash prize. Seriously I thought the cash, purses, t shirts, trophy & gift certificates to Pinupgirlclothing.com & Sourpuss clothing would appeal to the ladies more than some hot rod parts. Next year I will definitly make sure to get some hot rod parts added to the prize list.. What kind of parts do you want to win? I'm sure there are some people on this board who would donate some hot rod parts if it ment that you were going to enter the pin-up contest.

Right now some speed parts for a flathead would be great. I guess you are right though, $100 is $100 bucks. Plus after I win I could sell the pin up gift certificates to the orca betties I beat!

In all reality I have no idea what girls even do or wear at these things. I guess I will learn on Saturday. That way I will be prepared for the next one!

    I've never seen one either.
Maybe one of those retro clothes businesses will let you borrow an outfit and you can enter this year.
I'm going to get you drunk and talk you into it. :D

It's not so much what your wear, it's how you wear it. I think no matter what clothes you decide to wear you would be a big hit with the judges.

I think I know the judges, and it's how you barely wear it....

  13. I know this adds no value at all to this thread but I have to say one of the ***iest adds I've ever seen involved a blonde in a firesuit.....a well used firesuit and it was a good thing she had her helmet and mask off or she wouldn't have been ***y in the least. Guess whatI'm saying it was just pure at***ude and a pretty face.

Hmmm I think we may have a ringer here!!!!!

I have to work a 12 hour shift, I get out of work at 7:30am and I'm going to try to cruise down and be part of Moyer's pit crew....if you see a fat dude sleeping in the staging lanes just kick me, sometimes I'll move after a couple of good hits!

Thanks for a killer show, Jim. It was great...hell, I even went to the hamb meet and greet for a few minutes. We gave out lots of beer, water, soda, and food. The line to come in the gate it was long all darn day...Amazing. Two thumbs up for the enetertainment that keep everyone rockin all weekend long. Now THAT's how you have a show! I'm already cravin' the Rock N Race III.

Jim, thanks for puttin' on a great show. You picked the perfect track to have a vintage event at. Place hasn't changed in 20yrs.

Great to finally put a face with all the Hamb'rs at the "Meat and Grease"

Too late to mess around with photobucket, but will post some picks and a few burn-out video's tomorrow.

Hey Denise, wheres my long distance award?? LOL :p :p

Me and the gang had an awesome time. Got to meet some cool hambers, saw some great racing and killer bands. After 3 days of racing we just didn't want to leave. Thanks for putting together one of the best shows of the summer, Jim. We'll be back with the 57 next year for sure. Any pics?
