Making vacation plans, and when I was in Royal Oak a few weeks ago, the tattoo parlor that it was held in front of last year has a new name, don't know if that meansd new owners too. Anybody know what's up? Will it be the weekend before the WDC if it is? Mike

Yep...the shop has a new name and new owners...feel free to drop in and let them know you were looking to get worked on by Jeff and Jime'! It was dumb***-landlord politics. As for the BDK....it's gonna happen. Things have been getting finalized and a location has been decided...just have to make sure the owners of the business are really into having it at their place. Sorry, but no definite date yet, though.
Hey, if you like the tattoo shop element.... throw it in Downtown Flint, same weekend as always! Kritz and I have a HUGE (1 full city block) parking lot across from our shop!
It's not the tattoo shop element...it's the fact that Jime and Jeff had their tattoo shop at THAT location for years and suddenly the landlord decided he wants to rent it to a friend. whata ****. I was talking to Jeff the other day and he thinks he has a Woodward location figured out, he just has some details to work thru. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
howdy y'all.. YES YES YES there is a broken dream kruise this year...and as you all know, Jime and myself are no longer on woodward. We are planning to move the event to my backyard, which should be more than large enough to accomodate the usual BDK crowd...The date is set for SUNDAY AUGUST 14, the way it always is ...one week before that commercial mess known as the Woodward Dream Cruise. It is an open event... and as usual, everyone is invited, but only those that deserve can attend.... Since we are a bit restricted on size however, newcomers are asked to hold out until next year when we have more room to accomodate them...past BDK participants are more than welcome, as the DEADBEATS will once again roll out the almighty grey carpet and welcome you to another day of good times, good food, and good friends to share stories and ********.
