Check out these trophies! These are from the Street Wizards Car Show today (8/4) in Thief River Falls Minnesota. Very creative and cool....and they don't need to be dusted.

The guys running the show wanted feedback on whether they are on the right track or just plain looney from those long Minnesota winters.

    Hambers, your opinions please..........................

If we liked shiny, store bought things........
we wouldn't be HAMBRs now, would we ;)

Way better than a plastic car on a wood pole with a plaque.

I can't fault thier ingenuity and creativeness, but somehow, that chrome/stainless cooking pot looks out of place for an auto-oriented trophy.
Maybe I'm a bit too much of a purist.

Some of em look like hard luck prizes. Having said that, I like the idea. Like most raw ideas it just needs some refinement. Now you've got me thinking, Art, Sculpture, Cars...

Too many good parts used, like the banjo wheel and the carb. If I won either of those I'd take em apart to use the parts. He He

These kind of trophys are art. I know of clubs that put a lot of work into them. these kind of awards much more to look at than the standard store bought ****.
    I say good job.
more fun with old car parts.
