the silver model A Drag n fly is our very own roothog. the orange vicky is mine, killed the 406 first pop last night part of a piston came through the freeze plug hole water in one header and oil in the other uh oh!!!!!!! so i may have a room avail at the hamb drags now....
Sorry for the bad luck. When you race, s--t happens. My son race 4 clys and spends alot more than he makes, even winning as much as he does.
I was going to say something about your 406, but I figured I'd let you tell everyone about it. Good luck getting it fixed. I'm sure you could round something up for it.
well as bad as it is , it'll take a new motor and thats two this summer, and i have no room in either of my shops to put it anyway so its out for a while.........
I hate to hear that with as much time and trouble you've put into it trying to get it to go straight and you were finally getting it under control. I was really wanting to see what Agent Orange could do.
The Lawton, OK 1/8 mile track is really nice. They actually have flags and painted lines at the starting line and believe it or not flags at the finish lines. You actually now where to start and when your finished. What will they think of next! It's always a great time to go racing anywhere you go but we had 8 or 9 cars come down to race. Great turn-out! That red A is really cool. With all of the talk about g***er this and g***er that, it's nice to see one with fenders, stock grille etc.
man how would i get a refund on a pre regestration to the hamb drags and cancel my room at the ramada Root............
You oughta just go and enjoy yourself. You always said you never had time to watch the races, check out the swap meet and bench race. Now you can.

The red coupe belongs to Fred Mercer. I don't know if he's actually a HAMB member or not, he goes to Old Time Drags and HAMB drags though. BTW, that's a really *****in' Anglia! LOL!
