Monster Garage-belly tank lakester build??

Knew about this episode since last November. Should be a good one!

 

Man- Its been a long time since I've posted here. But anyhow, I opened a new, little shop, and one of the first projects out of it was a Belly Tanker- - - - ICE CHEST! The thing never had an engine, and it was too far gone to make it into a real deal, so we faked it and turned it into something useful! It's found a home in Texas, but with the help of The Kennedy Brothers (who turned me on to the thing in the first place) got some real cool lettering. Even old speed stuff can have a new life- just in a different way! If you ever see old stuff,stop and try and grab like Jesse did! Even if you never use it, you never get a second chance to grab that stuff.

The challenge took place in Vandanberg Air Force Base. Mike Cook explained to Jesse about the rules. The car reached 140mph in first run. In second trial, the car slowed down. Builders discovered it was caused by a blown head gasket. Jesse raced for the third time, but it could not reach 200mph.

I wonder what ever happened to this bellytanker. Does anyone know what happened to it after the show? Did it belong to JJ? Didn't he supply the engine and the body?
