I will be in Myrtle Beach next week for a family vacation. Anything there worth checking out?

Not unless you really like 3 neon pink 'Myrtle Beach' t-shirts for $10.

Off season you can hit North Myrtle Beach...
there are golf coarses just about every other mile, and putt-putt for the children. Some Pretty good eats around there too...
I go out there Mid to late September to golf.

I was there last year in September.

I found a couple of the antique malls with overpriced stuff. Are there any off of the beaten path antique stores or speed shops?

There was a small cruise inn with about 20 cars but I can't remember the name of the restaraunt. There was an indoor go-kart track behind it, which by the way was lame at best. The rest of the go-kart tracks were closed for the season.

I already have the golf lined up but was looking for something different to do.

We are staying on 74th North

I don't know any antique malls in the area. There is one huge one in North myrtle, I think it's called B and B antique mall. Lots of cool stuff there but most likely expensive. Stay away from any restaurant that has a giant sea creature on the roof, such as a crab.

My personal preference is to pack a cooler and sit on the beach. There should be lots of good scenery moving about.

You are more than welcome to come tour our shop. You are staying about 10 minutes away from it.

I may take you up on that time permitting. PM me your shop address and phone and I will plug it into the GPS.

Thanks for all of the information.
