2 door Vs More doors??

I personally love 4 door cars. Nothing like loading up all your buddies and throwin a party on the way to the party! I love me some coupes, but when it comes down to cruisin, I like to have a few buddies with me to make time fly even faster. I love huge cars as well, so that helps.

2 doors are tons of fun, and typical a better "car". Like said earlier, the lines on a 2 door are top notch compared to 4. I think a lot of guys here are here for speed as well, and a 2 door is that much better for that, rather than a "moredoor".

While I have pictures of your car, & it is a beautiful car, I don't have any good pictures of it. From the looks of it, you don't either.

Get that thing out & make some good pics. Shut the hood & get it in some good light with a clean background. Sure, it's just an old Fordor but it's worth the effort.

I like old cars.

If it looks good, I like it more.

I also like being able to easily put my dog in the back and my gf in the front with me. My dog gets 2 windows of his choice to put his head out.


I think a lot of 4 doors look pretty illmatic

 

this women i work with, her man bought a 57 4 door thats needs a total restore, some fool told her its worth 25.000 as is ,i just walked off

 

Well the thread did degenerate, not what I wanted. I was thinking more along the lines of pre 48, guess I should have said that. Yeah post 48 ish 4 doors just don't have the look.
It seems to be more of a personal thing these days for us younger blokes and a cultural thing for the older guys.

If you've been a car "nut" since the 50's ....then surely you know that 2 door POST cars were popular as drag cars as they are lighter........and drag cars were cool (yes...back then)......so don't say people have been "conned" into it recently(your words above).....jeez....

And bagging on someone's name is pretty lame......especially from an elder....

Gas it up and put it on the road rather you call it a 4 door, more door, street rod ,hot rod, rat rod, resto rod whatever...
