Vagabonds Friday Night BBQ

Discussion in 'H.A.M.B. Drag Nationals' started by Tman, Aug 15, 2007.

  1. The officialun-official throw down. Look for the Vagabonds at the Hotel Friday night. Fiddy will have his HAMB 4spd flag up. Once again we have a feed planned. Some folks have already mentioned bringing side dishes etc..........thanks if you do. Tips are welcome but not needed but you can bribe your cooks with beer:D We should have food for 150+. See ya then!

How many you think I should get? The RPU would look pretty cool with a load of watermelons in it! 5-6 you think? Or more?. Rusty

  5. T - I told Fiddy I could probably bring a grill ifyou guys did not want to haul one that far. I have a small one also so maybe two.

Let me know if I need to pack it.

  6. Yes, we need that grill. Fiddy has one as well. We will run 2 at a time.

I aint a Watermellon expert, cant stand the stuff.....................you make the call on numbers depending on size.

Plannin' on the same place as last year... or just whereever you can find a spot?

Those melons may lower you ET a bit though. plus what if one fell on the track, It would take forever to get the track ready again.

Okay, we got two threads goin for the Friday Night Feed. Perhaps we should get them together so we don't have two or three people bringing the same thing. If the lady from Chicago is bringing brownies now, I'll gladly get my good wife to make something else. It sounds like this years feed will surp*** any previous event!! See everyone on Friday night!

  23. If she likes to bake, some sorta bar thingie will do in place of Brownies. History has proven that if 2 folks are planning to volunteer, one will forget, die, burn the product..........etc!
