Just wondering if anyone is going to attend this weekend. Car show saturday in Davenport with "Run what you brung" drags on Sunday at Cordova. Looks like Sunday will be a tune-up day for the HAMB drags for me!
I hope to drive the truck there on saturday. Not sure about sunday. Either this or spend more money and go to GG show in Madison WI. I heard ther Rumblejetts are playing on saturday at the Eyeball. Anyone know what time?

Stick, Yep, I'll be bringing the "HellRaiser", and a winter coat, it's only going to get up to 74 according the the forecast!!!! HellRaiser
I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but I have confirmed that the Rumble Jetts will definitely not be there. Apparently there was a conflict with one of their work schedules. Latest forecast I've seen is highs in the low 80s. Looking forward to some cooler weather! See ya there.
I've heard a lot of people have conflicts or have cancled?!? I won't be there either or at any more of his events! Most of you know why...
Hot-Rod Roadster & all, Just got off the phone with "C" and she said they are definately "Not" coming. Conflict with other show down there. She gives a Hi to all the other RoadBurners though.... Sorry....That may change my plans too, don't know yet. HellRaiser

I don't. I asked in a PM why.You gave me do a search. I did. I found very little and no reason for attitude.The same people are planning a show at a track that is managed by a friend of mine. I'm just trying to understand the animosity. Anyone?

Have to agree with you. Talked to a few people he took money from up front for his magazine and they never saw a copy. Then he disappeard for a while. When I used to be in the Roadburners he contacted me and wanted to combine the Roadburners cruise with a Flying Eyeball show in Beatrice Ne. but he didn't want the Roadburners name attached to it, just wanted us to do the work. When it didn't work out ( Duh ) he got real defensive and said the Roadburners stole the Rumblejetts and Mezcals from him cause the show dates were the same weekend back then. That was the last I talked to him. Gary
