Trying to save some freight , I asked the guys at Coker to bring me a couple of wheels to the Pe*** Jean Swap Meet. Well it seems somehow they got left off the truck. Those guys busted their balls trying to make it up to me. They got everything squared away and are paying the freight, and since its not taxable anymore, unlike some folks that try to gig you anyway they can, not charging sales tax. O'yeah and when I mentioned I was an Alliance member they cut the price too.

I bought a pair of tires from Coker a couple weeks ago. There was a small glitch about the Alliance discount. Ryan and a Coker Rep. took care of the problem VERY quickly. I even got a phone call from Ryan. I have bought over a dozen tires and almost as many wheels from Coker and have always had good service and good products.

i'm bringing this back up. Coker sent me a set of tubes and tires this week. When we went to mount them ONE of the tubes was bad. I called in and the dude was awesome on the phone and agreed to send me a new one. I didn't know that TWO days later TWO replacement tubes would show up by overnight. I'm very impressed. Well played Coker, Customer service isn't dead. Mega props.

Corky and his crew do so much for us???!!!You have GOT TO BE KIDDING! Two bad 7.50 16`s out of four, a guy who wasn`t about to go out of his way to help, even though I paid via credit card and then waited on a credit AFTER they got the tire back...and then he wouldn`t send another tire even though he already had the info? I suspect that Mr Coker is all too happy to schmooze Ryan and get all the poor little Hambers to buy up all the badly made tires because `we`re a traditional site....

He is more than helpful to the little Hambers also. Don't know about your dealings but I bought a set of tires from a dealer that sales cokers. The vendor was giving me some **** and I contacted Corky. he and his service rep. Jess contacted me and told me to send it back to them and it would be taken care of. I am not an Alliance member either. Got a new tire in 2 days. Hope you work out your problem. Who's Ryan?
