Does anyone know if I can run a dropped axle on my Model A and still use the mechanical brakes? I want to keep the car mostly original but get the front down a little. If not, can I run a two inch dropped eye Posies spring? Any suggestions? What kind of drop would a 2" drop give me at the front wheels?
i think a duece axle has some drop and they have mech. brakes, a 2" drop would give you a 2" drop, theres a guy who lives near me told me one day he was switching to a duece axle to give his model-a some drop and i know he runs mech. brakes.
