oil filter relocation parts needed?

we have a oil filter relocation kit on ROADKILLERs falcon. we have the piece on the block, hoses and the mount for the inner fender that holds 2 one quart filters. what we need are the threaded pieces (2) that the filter itself threads onto. they appear to be 3/4-16 threads. i have tried Oreillys, Napa, the local Ford dealer and heavy equipment dealer with no luck. where do i look. sombody has to sell these

have you tried summit racing products or do you have a parker air and hydro business by you they have all that kinda stuff
