Not as depressing as my last words before we split on Friday "see you next week" Glad you guys made it out OK.
I won't be there despite my vow last year to make it this year. A lack of funds and to top it all off my daily was totaled in a 3 car sandwich ( I was the middle car) over a week ago and I'm still not feeling right.
Was going to go, then bought a house and now I'm up balls deep in debt cuz we're redoin the place. Plus gotta save with the kid on the way! I'll maybe make it to one show this year!
Circumstances came up yesterday and I've been agonizing whether to go or not ever since. Finally decided to pull the plug . Y'all have fun.
I'm not going, due to the Illinois budget not being passed, paychecks are late. So the money I thought I would have to help with paying for the drags is just not there. Also our basement got water in it so thats thats. I am real bummed out because this year I have my truck up and running. And it pulls like a freight train even with the 2.73 rear gear. I guess next year is the year.
I was kidding. I've been told I have a ride there for next year though. Maybe everyone who's not going should get drunk and hang around in the chatroom all weekend.

Hey Breeder, Damn were fallin out left and right...I couldn't get my axle's in time so no sense in rushin the Vicky... I'm gonna goto the Frogfollies in Evensville, IN instead and sit on the Swapmeet and make $$$.... I will be back for 08` and Dragrcr50 and I will have that Vicky lineup finally!...I still have 2 rooms (one king and one w/2 dbls) at the Ramada for both nights if anyone wants them lemme know..(NO THEY AREN"T FREE) but you can have them at my rate...comes with breakfast etc...
Got home from work, checked my PMs and I get Hog Mtn Dave tellin' me he's out. Shit. I get Tudor tellin' me that his ride (HogMtnDave) is out, so he's out too. Shit and shit. I was rooming with those guys. Shit. I don't have a car on the road, and since I moved back to Toronto I'm forced to fly in for the occasion. I guess I better cancel my flight and call it off. Fuck that. I'm coming whether y'all like it or not!
