Yes, gates at noon this year. But just as last year, I am asking that you don't get there much before. If we get a line out on to the highway, we have a problem.

If you are a spectator, and if you are not in a hot rod, we ask that you use the spectator gate.

Kids on bikes, scooters, golf carts, whatever, please, no.

Kids in general. You brought 'em, you watch 'em. The pit area along side the track is small and will be congested, don't let them get hurt. AND don't let them play in the bleachers.

We will have the concession open. Burgers, hot dogs nachos, etc..

Ryan may have already taken care of this, but, be sure to put you screen name on your tech card!

more as I think of it...

If you didn't know Carl (MoKanMan) is the track owner. Let's make him happy.

    Hey Carl!

We appreciate you opening the gates a bit early!

One thing I'd like to add, and you'd think it would be common sense but you know the saying...

If it's SCORCHING HOT and/or POURING RAIN and you are in a climate controlled vehicle complete with working wipers, PLEASE give the old rides the right of way...

Nice words Rashy, I'll be in an open roadster with none of the mentioned ammenities. If the rain comes it would be much appreciated if I could get out and back to my room. later, rusty.

    And another thing...................................

Don't double park your ride in the pits. It really pisses people off when they can't get into the staging lanes because someone parked right behind their pit area.

If you feel the need to get out and walk around, go to the north end of the pits and park there.

I know that this may sound dumb..........but, the pits are not that big/long. It is an easy walk. This is MOKAN, the original drag strip.
