How practical are these for a daily driver ? Thinking it would be great on a sleeper . Is anyone running one on there street car?

Had them front and back on my 82 chev 3/4 ton. That was my plowing rig not really a daily driver. Worked really well. Can't think of any reason they wouldn't work great on a street rig. But as he said $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$:)

  5. ARB is open when not locked, and needs a compressor.
Eaton also makes an E-Locker which is a limited slip when not locked and only needs wiring.

It'd be extra-cool on a sleeper to do a one-legged burnout and then lock it up and waste whoever's in the next lane...

There is also a cable-actuated locker, made by OX. Pretty cool, I plan on using one in the semi-near future...and I like the way Redneck Smooth thinks.
