Who makes a reasonably priced alt mount for a SBC, long water pump, holes in head, (of the car), that mount to the DRIVER'S side of the engine? $200.00 is not reasonable, Zoops. Don't need it to be pretty, just need it.

I just used ram horns exhaust manifolds from a sbc with the mount on the front not the vette ones with the mount on the side, and got the rest of the components (top bracket and bolts) from the local parts shop

chevy never put the alternator on the driver side with the long water pump....but you can get the p*** side brackets at most junkyards.
