Looking for owner of this '39 Custom

Anyone know the guy who now owns this? It was built in the 1980s by Dave Kinnaman in Indiana. Featured in Speed & Chrome about three years ago; owned by Hot Rod Hon then. He sold it a couple of years ago to a guy from Texas. Hot Rod thinks his name was John Spencer. Any help in locating the current owner will be appreciated. Thanks.
