Meet and Greet: A&W Rootbeer - Yucaipa

Just wanted to invite all of the local IE HAMB'ers and friends to a local meet and greet in Yucaipa. There has been an old A&W Rootbeer Burger joint that been in the same spot since as long as I can remember. I believe at one time it had the skating waitresses.

52Merc and I thought it would be a great idea to get the local guys together w/ thier rides. Of course we want the more traditional types, but all is invited. Lets make this a cool event so everyone can get away, relax, talk shop and/or just hang-out.

We will be meeting on Thursday night (and every other Thursday following), 6:30 pm at the A&W in Yucaipa. The place is located on Yucaipa Blvd. before Oak Glen Road if you come up from the 10 Freeway.

Quick Note: On Friday of this week, there is a "Car Show" in Yucaipa at the Vons shopping center, starting at 5:00 pm. Lots of "Gold Chainer" rides, but it would be impressive to get more "Traditional" stuff there. I know the crowd loves them more over the typical "Billet Bandit."

 

Wish it were on another day. Would like to check it out. Always good to meet new people.

Thursday is just a start...pick a day that will work for everyone. There's only one show a month here in town most of the time. We can move it to Friday's if we can get more people there.
