The HAMBANDY update..........

hang tough andy this has truely touched me. From the first day I joined the hamb I knew that it was an insanely nice group of guys and gals willing to offer help to complete strangers and ask for nothing in return but the hambandy build put it all into perspective. I thought the human race lost all forms of decency I couldnt be more wrong . I tip my hat to all Hambrs your all a bunch of stand up guys... Cant wait to see some progress pictures.

There will be a dvd done of the whole process, and everyone who donated parts or money or gifts to Andy will be asked for a photo of them and their ride, to be included in the dvd. And everyone who played a roll in Andys journey will recieve one. A professional video company has offered to do it for us.

A magazine does indeed need to pick this up. Zombie has a story on the HAMB and Andy in this issue, but this is gonna be a huge thing and a great story for any magazine......zombie.....ya want it....

Canadas med system is picking up the tab for the surgury......almost 7large figures....yup almost 1 mill for the 3 operations and the cyberknife......

T-shirts would be kool, but i would like to see the HAMB recieve back....so there would have to be proceeds to the board as well as anything else witht he build. But i can tell you we are aiming to have this model a at joplin so you guys can take Andy for a spin.

Our origional objective was to do this for Andy and then for anyone on the else on the HAMB who is in need. So this is not a 1 time shot..... Maybe even a donation for a chariy in Joplin, since it is the home of the drags.

In a world full of tragedy, disasters, wars, hunger, genocide, the list goes on and on, this little story needs to be told to everyone out there. There are a lot of good folks still around and people need to hear that. What a great story.
