If you had a car for sale who are you going to seek out? Me or someone with money?

Like Jay Leno said . He doesn't have to look for the cars, they find him. The car owners seek out Jay kowing that he has money and they might get the high asking price they want from him.

Gasmonkey is the same way. Either the seller sold it to them or knows that they have a reputation for having hard to find cars so it's on consignment with them. Or it could just be that they put out the word that they are looking for cars enough that eventually something has to come up.

Yeah...thats odd, the guys always got the coolest stuff but never keeps any of it. One the auctions he was selling some other deuce to raise money for a 1 of 1 32' He****. If I remember right he made his money by selling an internet business. Guy comes outta nowhere and throws buckets of cash into the scene.

Hell of a car though...stuff dreams are made of

I think you hit the nail on the head there. He's just a car flipper. In the trading business we call it arbitrage.
