28 A coupe pic request

ok i searched but most everything i found was 30-31.

might be gettin a 28 A standard coupe, and was hopin i could get a few inspiration pics. i have found a billion 30-31 a coupe pics, but not so many 28-29. chopped, channeled, anything.

a few details on the car, a good friends grandpa passed away last week and had it(among many other cars, including an old bently and a 38 and a 39 caddy) in his shop for years. it was aparantly running recently. its bone stock, ZERO rust, still has some shine to it and some interior. the wood inside isnt at all rotted looking, and all the glass is good. i think i can pick it up at a decent price, but if its outta my range, i will be posting some info here.

Here's mine. It's a 29 but they are basically the same. It's been chopped 3", roof is filled with a piece from a Vega stationwagon. The visor is from a 30-31.

is a 30-31 visor different?

 

Yes. The 28-29 visor is flat whereas the 30-31 visor has a reveal or body line around it.

A 30-31 visor also attaches to the front of the windshield posts, 28-29 attaches to the side. The 30-31 has less of a lip on the top edge too. I had to make a piece to go under the visor, ahead of the header, too.
