We just returned from a month in the great Northwest spending much of our time with our good friends Steven, Corry, Josh and Izabella at Amocat Speed Emporium in Puyallup, Washington. We want to say "thank you to all of them and let all of you know what a special experience it was for us. We were most impressed with the respect and commaraderie that everyone has for one another and their traditional hot rods. Everyone we met at Amocat's Open House and the Hot Rod A Rama in downtown Tacoma were friendly, respectful and have a tremendous love of cars. We made many new friends and look forward to repeating our adventure next year. We were scheduled to race at Pacific Raceways in Seattle (rained out) and finally were able to compete in Mission, B.C. (Sunday only with rain on Saturday) the following weekend. We went to the final round in a fast-paced day of racing. See pictures of the car on Speedzonemagazine.com Click on the top fuel section.
