Hot damn it's getting close, only 4 more days to go! Is there anyone planning on coming that hasn't piped in yet? How about a roll call?

I am busting major ass on the wagon to get it there. I still don't know for sure if it'll make it, but it'll be damn close either way.

It still needs a front windshield, exhaust system, front end alignment, side quarter glass installed, bumpers, lights, and trim, once the paint is finally all buffed out.

    (Damn...that's a lot of stuff.)

We'll still show up with chili even if the wagon isn't ready, though. I'll do my very best to get it there.

We're bringing a couple friends, too.

Hey Scotch, don't kill yourself trying to get the wagon ready. I DO appreciate all your efforts, though!

The plan was to have it on the road before the snow flies. All your BBQ did was light a fire under me to get it going a little sooner. It's all good. I've got plans to rip into the dash over the winter, so getting it back on the road will ensure everything I've done up to this point is solid.

    I'm pretty stoked, actually...and I won't kill myself over it...but I'll give it a helluva shot.

    See ya Saturday!

    ~Scotch~

PS - I busted natas' balls about coming over too. He might be there!

Chris & Thelma, lookin forward to the 6th annual. The 5th was awesome, got some good photos. Enjoyed all the cars! I liked the 49 Pontiac club coupe, reminded me of my 50 Olds a bit.

Hey guys, the thanks should all go to you! You're the ones that help make it all possible. Scotch worked until 3 that morning getting that sweet wagon of his road ready. A small glitch forced him to load it up on the trailer to get it to our house. Thanks a ton for all the effort you put into it to get it up here. And as usual your chili was killer!

Scoop, glad I could help you out Sunday morning. I would have felt pretty stupid if I didn't at least have those hose clamps to get you back on the road. As far as the beer goes there is still some left in the keg. The pork, on the other hand, we did run out of. Sorry to those who missed out on a good sandwich.

    Stevie,
You, Sheri and Tiki are the coolest people. We really appreciate what you have done for us. Diego is looking forward to having you guys over again too. Oh and I think we had closer 130 people! To some that may not sound like a lot but 30 cars and 130 people is a lot to cram into my small suburbian back yard.

Glad you guys had a good time Rich. Too bad we didn't get the chance to chat more.

Thanks again to everyone. As word spreads this thing is going to keep getting better. See you all at HRBBQ,Y6, if not sooner!
