New guy needs some 4 banger help

I am putting together a 4 banger to power a 32 roadster. Considering a couple of OHV conversion head, the Miller-Serr being one. I ran across a picture in Top End Speed Shop's photo album that I need some information about. Does any one recognize the attached Miller manifold and air cleaners? Are they vintage, reproductions, or new stuff. Anyone know where to get them? Any help would be greatly appricated.

Also, met Littleman at Blade's (Beaver FAlls, PA) at their SO CAL open house a week ago Saturday. Seems that he is still in Ohio. Does anyone know if he took the job in California? Jimmy Shine was there also -- Littleman was his choice from the get go.
