Yeah, Gary at night prowlers is good people, he'll work with ya, but you might wanna call, it's kind of a mom and pop thing, and he doesn't strike me as a big computer guy.

Can't blame Night Prowlers, that's the way they are made, kinda poorly. Plus the fact that there is a certain variation in old cars, so most things don't fit exactly the same on different cars.
That said, you really need to work the 'gl*** to get them to fit right. I grind the edges that contact the body, as well as about 2-3 inches outward. Then I tape regular plastic wrap (food stuff) onto the quarter panel, and put the skirt on. Do whatever it takes to get the skirt to fit tightly, and also to fit at the same place every time you put it back on...you might have to put some locating studs down below to do this.
Next work to grind down any high spots keeping the skirt form fitting correctly. Then mix up some resin and gl*** up the gaps. Let harden, preferably overnight, and remove the skirt, lightly grind the 'inner' parts that you gl***ed up, and finish up gl***ing the contact surface, and inside of the skirt. Again, let harden, grind and bodyfill to perfection.
Seems like a lot of work, but fibergl*** parts usually fit poorly, due to many different reasons (molds not maintained, removal from mold too soon, heat warpage). If you want them to look right, you have to learn to work with the 'gl***!
