Hey Alex,

We would like Crown to Vend there as well as get my wife's T-Bird in the show

 

I plan on coming out, does that count for anything? I don't think I will bring the roadster out this time. Could be a pretty cold ride from Ohio in January....

Maybe I'll make good on my promise to JimA and help out in his booth.

 

If Von Hot Rod is holding the panel jam again, I'll be there.

Mark...The Poor Boys intend to host the Suede Pavilion at the Sacramento Autorama again this year. With more than 30 days notice (like last year) we looking to fill the pavilion for the 08' show.

Would like to see you guys come up again for the show, as would Darold. As soon as John has a few moments to nail out the details with us, we'll get the promotions on the way.

Hey guys, Here's an update and a "sneak peek" preview from the producers of the show. This is the very first time anyone will be reading/hearing about the news.


The Producer of the GNRS will be unveiling his project called Build-A-Rod. It is a 33 that will be built for him by different manufactures. This car will be built in 3 days on a huge stage in front of an audience and then driven out on the last day of the show. He will have the Speed 33 body and TCI is doing the frame. The plan is to have the car done in 60’s styling.

They will also have Tommy Ivo in this building signing autographs and are going to have the Don Tognotti front engine Dragster along with 13 others with it.

Also, The Suede Palace building will have blown up photos of the 1959 GNRS hung all over.

There are other very special surprises i can announce in the next few days.

*As far as rooms there is the Sheraton suites hotel right at the Fairplex. Phone number is (909)-622-2220. There are many other Hotels/Motels within a mile or two of the Fairplex. Maybe take a Taxi?



*Guys, Vendor spaces as well as car spaces are filling up fast. I recently received an update with names of all the applicants, and noticed many of you havent sent in your fee's,photo's,info,& applications. If you wish to be in the show send in your stuff ASAP.

hey axle...the show looks interesting...only thing in the way is 3200 miles!!!...i sent you a post with my 30 A bones...maybe you will find it somewhere...negotiating this HAMB site gives me a headache....good luck with the planning...we put on an arena show in 83 and 84 and it was a ***** of a time - we did the work as a car club and the promoter took most of the money...needless to say, the club stopped doing the indoor car show thing!...johnnyB
