If I were you I'd probably get an s-10 frame and make it ride really nice. I think I've heard airbags and fuel injected motors drive car- show guys crazy! Shiny paint is really neato too. Chrome, billet and maybe even leather. The list could go on and on. With all that said you'll have to spend atleast 50K to make it pretty! Better save the mower!

I'd hold out for a nicer one. Looks like it needs everything. Unless you're willing to put a lot of work into it, it just wouldn't be worth it.

Decide what you want to end up with (restoration, street rod, resto-rod?) and then price the parts and labor you need to get there. All of the '32 parts are expensive and some of the ones you need are three window unique. It may well turn out, especially in today's economy, that it is cheaper to buy a complete car than to start with a stripped body. Having said that, I will add that the Ford 1932 three window is one of my all time favorite cars.
