About a year ago I also posted some pics from this place. In the mean time the guys has moved and has actually got quite some more now. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to properly browse and to take more pics. I wnat to go back soon but early in the day so I can really spend some time.

Neo, thanks for taking the time to post the great bunch of pics. Obviously, not many of your HAMB brothers and sisters have been to South Africa, let alone a bone yard down there. it's really interesting to see what goes on in the rest of the world.

    Thanks again!

  13. You didn't look at the monaro over behind the yellow '55 Chevy 4-door by any chance?

I've gotta get back to Africa one day! Closest I came to any vintage tin (besides leftover UN vehicles thru Namibia) was a 356 under a bridge in Cape Town and an old Mercedes out near Ai Ais.

No, unfortunately not. I was in a bit of a rush. The owner was on his way out when I got there. I only had about half an hour or so and my main goal was to find some headlight rings and a banjo steering wheel. By the time he said he was going to the shower I quickly went to the cars and took some wild pics. I want to go back soon and spend much more time then I can take more decent pics.
