Hey! First post for this week! Woo Hoo! Workin' on a '29 A Pickup. Z'd frame, gonna have a flatty, but Man! THis thing is gonna be looooooow! Lotsa scratchbuildin' on this. (I always seem to do that, even on the "Simple" builds. Hmmmm ) Enjoy! Had to scratch up another drivers door. I lost the other one somehow! Scratched up the fuel tank from some kind of "test tube" thingy that I found and capped it with plastic ends and put a filler neck on it. It will also have support brackets. The driveshaft is running thru the interior in order to get the insane low that I wanna get. I have decided to build this for "The Gathering" on Traditional Rods and Kustoms in Scale. Hopefully, I don't gotta tell ya' that it is THE happenin' place fer scale kustoms and hotrods! Well, enjoy! Now, back to work......
looks good, i am working on three cars right now, i got a 55chevy belair, 51 chevy fleetline, 49 ford shoebox, i was looking around for some ideas but not much on this site
Go under forum search and look up "Sunday models" You'll find a lot of ideas regarding the type of models that you're building BROTHER! Sunday models has been around a long time and there are hundreds of models shown. I like your signature.

Very kool, indeed. I didn't realize we had a sick modeling forum here. I've got a few of those front burner to back burner to front burner projects happening, too. Just don't have the time to play with them right now, but I'm getting inspired to find the time again. db
I've been waiting for the sunday model thread to ask this question as to not be too OT, but does anyone make a nice FED model kit? thanks, ford.
a lot of the great old kits have been reissued in the last ten years or so, and are still around on eBay and such. look for the Tony Nancy 2-in-1 kit reissue, that's one of my favorites..
yeah i am fairly new as a "member" here, but i recently found out about this model car sunday too. on the other side of the coin, i started a forum just for this type of modeling and you are welcome to enjoy the models 7 days a week if you like. http://trakinscale.proboards105.com/index.cgi

Hey Tom so Have you decided this for sure or what hell i gotta an extra A RPU body and bed maybe we should do a lil build off for The Gathering. I finished a 49 merc ive been working on for the past few weeks. I put the trophys there cause they make me feel special haha Yeah i know the back bumper is crooked. I havent painted the bracket yet so its just setting on there.
Have you checked out the Traditional R&C mag put out by Wizz Magazine?I've been waiting to see if anyone liked it before I sent money.

guys im hoping to get back on the Chopped Duece in the next day or so and have it on "The Freakin Shelf" before long and MrsO's 3 Window is curing it new spray over of Aluma Coupe Yellow Pearl as we speak so it should be up on "The Freakin Shelf" b4 to much longer too... The Orange Tea wll thats a whole other story but it is making a lil progress everyday
I had to open up the thumbnails to figure out which one was the model, so I think that means you succeeded!
Hey jonzcustomshop, I'm diggin the rare ElCamino. With the little coffin wheels and tires, it looks like something I would have built in my youth. Cool. On Big T's , I got a Big Drag , put together good, at a estate sale a while back, and I got one of the new ones when it came out. When I think of a good way to do them, I will build them. I wish somebody would resin up a T coupe 1/8 th scale. I bet you would make some money! Keep the show going guys.
Hey just a show of hands, how many of you guys on here are onthe TRAK also and whats your screen names mine is Saoutlaws wifey's is Mrsoutlaws
