So my 30th birthday is coming up and I thought what better way to celebrate than to invite some friends over for good eats, cold beer, nice cars and a bonfire. Since its my birthday and close to the end of the car season here in the frozen north, how about we start a new tradition and make it an annual get-together/party at my place?

Where: 9840 42nd St. NE, St. Michael, MN 55376 (PM me for directions if you need 'em)
    Date: Saturday, October 6th
    Time: 2:00 PM - ?
What we will provide: Our famous chili, corn bread, pulled pork, and other assorted goodness we whip up. And of course there will be ice cold beer, and some soft drinks.
What to bring: Side dish to share (not required but appreciated), a lawn chair and your ride (if you haven't put 'em away for the season yet!).
Contact: Adam, 763-242-4560 (or PM me here on the HAMB)

Hope some of you can make it!

Just a few (hopefully) short days away! And after attending Jeff & Jen's shindig last Saturday, I've got some ideas for my party this Saturday.

Looking forward to a good day!

So far the menu consists of: Homemade chili, cornbread, pulled pork, 7-layer taco dip, an awesome cheese/salsa/sausage concoction my mom makes, apple cake . . . and beer . . . mmm beer! I feel bad for anyone that has to be around the party guests on Sunday. It's going to be a gaseous good time! :D

So far it looks like quite a few of my non-car friends are going to be there. Lets get some hot rods there to convert them to the dark side.

    And oh yeah . . . today's my birthday . . . weee! 30! Am I supposed to act/feel older or something? :p

    I just checked weather.com

I can handle mid-80's and partly cloudy. Sounds like it will be a good day to drink some beer and burn some stuff (tires up and down the block and wood in the fire pit!)!

Well those that missed it, missed a great time! Unfortunately no HAMBer's, other than my neighbor Motoboy, made it out. Towaholic tried but his 50 Chev died on the way. We still managed to have at least 50 people there and the party lasted until 2:30 in the morning without the sheriff showing up!

The Bull Bash 2007 was a success in my eyes. Hopefully we can get more HAMB representation next year!

Motoboy, my family and my wife even surprised me by having shirts made for the event! We've got a few left over in large and x-large for those interested in buying one (or a couple!). $18 shipped. PM me if you're interested.
