I found this coupe last week. I was told it was not for sale on any condition. I was told not to take pictures, but I took these when no one was lookin. I'd like to have it myself.

that's a 41, not for sale "I'm gonna restore that car some day" while it sits and rusts into the ground.

  10. In 1940 Buick had 4 models available as coupes -

    Special, Century, Super and Roadmaster.

Special and Super shared the smaller 8 and had the shorter wheelbase 121" ch***is. Century and Roadmaster used the big 320' 8 and had a 126" wheelbase. Special and Century used the smaller body shell, similar to Pontiac and Chevy coupes, while Super and Roadmaster used the big body, like big Olds and Cadillac.

    Here's my '40 Roadmaster coupe -

It's basically stock, but someone took off the gravel shields on the rear fenders and the rocker trim, and molded the rear fenders into the body using bondo. I had a guy throw a cheap paint job on it because the paint it had was mostly gone. Grille and some other stuff is all tucked in the car. I bought it because it's pretty solid overall, I was amazed how good it was, floors are pretty well all there, original jack is even in the trunk. It can be yours.. check the cl***ifieds.
