My buddy Dana brought by a gift for the Strange Days shop today. For a lot of folks this might seem stupid, but the entire interior of Strange Days is a small "city" mostly made from scavanged or re-cycled material. What you might ask did he bring? Well, here it is. I've been on the lookout for one of these for several years Itll look great sitting alongside the streetlamps.. I'm stoked!
Chaz's shop/garage is really something else. He even has an old time "cat house" in it. Here is a link to a Garage Journal thread with more pictures. http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3778 All he needs now is a stuffed dog.
Its full size...The Diner is actually our lunchroom. Out at the mill where Dana works they were replacing 10 of em. Dana scarfed one of the old ones up for our shop.
That's probably one of the coolest, if not the coolest shop i've seen. A close friend of mine and i have talked for years about building a shop similar to your set up..just with a bar somewhere in the mix ..Just do't know how much work we'd get done with a bar so close.. The new addition is killer too.. Tony
Strange Days was the first thing I thought of when I saw they were actually replacing these instead of just fixing them. Should fit right in out there. I did not even get one for myself, cause I don't know what the hell I would do with it.
"Its full size...The Diner is actually our lunchroom." thats realy cool! this reminds me of Las vegas. the detail is awesome.
