Thanks for the pictures. I made it to both shows Sunday.Tried to make it Saturday but was making a deal on a '56 Chevy with a 327 and a 4 speed. it seemed to me as if there were more parts vendors at Gas City? Could be that James Dean swappers had already left by the time I got there? Still two of my favorite shows.

No the swap meet at Ducktail was way bigger than the one at James Dean. But James Dean had more and better food vendors;)

I had heard that the space rental for the swap meet was like $80 at the Ducktail Run and over $200 at the James Dean Run so that could be why the Ducktail run had a ton more. The Ducktail Run had a killer vendor with a ton of reproduction club plagues and vintage custom car parts. He got a ton of my cash.

Thanks for sharing the Pics Hopefully one of these days I'll be able to
    get up there.

Enjoyed your event coverage, although I almost got sick when I saw
Zoochi's old '57 Buick with Dub wheels. Why change a perfect
    Kustom? I'm blaming terroists......

    Happy Trails,

    Mick

Yea those wheels in no way fit or look good on that car. Just goes to prove money can't buy taste.

  12. looks like there was a nice variety of period Kustoms....thanks for the pics.
