I think blt4spdsince79 lives around Houston somewhere, and i likes his style with the not afraid to kick up some dust attitude...His 53 Chevy is cool in my book.Mine is a bit different.

Alright, you're about to get tore up. First off, there's an "Introduce Yourself Here" section that you should have hit up. Secondly and most importantly...Don't use the term "rat rod" around here.

Now...there might not be any gasser clubs, but I know there are a few traditional car clubs in the Houston area. Search around the forum. There are a few runs and such that the guys get together for. You might wanna try that first.

Where are you in Houston? There are a few being built. Eric Johnson is building a 55 and Moonman Rutledge is building a 57. Both of those cars are in Conroe. Welcome. TP

    Don't worry about it.

It's been beat to death on this board so that's what actually what the warnings were for.

Welcome to the board. We have a get together on the first Sunday of every month over at Jimmies Ice House on White Oak Blvd. in the Heights. Just do a search for "Houston" and look for posts by "Lucky Strike" and you'll find them. He should be posting another heads up sometime this week.

Looking forward to seeing you there.
