New here, thought I'd say hi from Afghanistan

Hey, my name is Bruce and I'm new here. Obviously. So I have a 63 1/2 Galaxie and a 59 Thunderbird which is my project car. My cars are in NC and I'm in Afghanistan. When I get back I'll post pics and updates for what I'm doing. While here I am trying to use my time constructively so I am teaching myself to pinstripe. I plan to do a blown up tank and some broken hummvees while here. I can put pics of that up. Well that's about it for now. So I'll be around. Later.

How the street scene out there?

 

Street scene! It's dirty as hell. Dusty too. Although I do love seeing the local nationals on their Jinhao Motorcycles. They can fit 4-5 guys on one bike. Other than that it is what it is.

 

Welcome, and i'd love a pic of 5 guys on a bike! That's got to be hilarious!

So are they into traditionally built camels there? One hump or two?

Hahaha............yah I won't be quitting my day job soon.
